I had been planning on running a RR Stage 4+ clutch but decided to go with a CM850 SS instead. The TTV one is 12lbs, the RA4 from ECS is 12lbs, the one from JHM is 9lbs. the RA4 flywheel would be a problem for trying to use the B7 RS4 pressure plate. I would really like a heavier flywheel like the 18.5lbs one Mike Hood sells () but he said the height difference vs. I would like to get a "heavy" single mass flywheel and stock-like clutch setup and I'm interested in the B7 RS4 clutch kit since it seems quite affordable for what it provides. I am running their 2.7T single mass flywheel on my b5 s4 and am very happy with it. I have a TTV racing flywheel BNIB for those running an S4/rs4 clutch upgrade. Weighing in at 12 pounds or about 15 pounds lighter than stock this billet aluminum flywheel allows for faster revving and easier rev matching when downshifting. I am running their 2.7T single mass flywheel on my b5 s4 and am very happy with it. It flaxes and potentially adds to vibration in rotating assembly. Essentially a b5 Rs4 pressure plate, flywheel and then unsprung 6 puck. but the flywheel options seem to be 12lbs and lighter. This lightweight single-mass aluminum flywheel fits B5 Audi S4 & C5 Audi A6/Allroad models with the 2.7T engine. Guys I was wondering whether a ttv flywheel, b7 Rs4 pressure plate and unsprung 6 puck b5 disc would work well. However, through some research, there seems to be a debate on what flywheel bolts should be used and clearance issues. The lightweight construction offers a much lower inertia which gives more available power at the driven wheels. When Im doing my build, Im highly considering going with a TTV Steel flywheel and B7 RS4 clutch setup. Although lighter than the original flywheel, the TTV flywheels retain the same depth for the clutch area giving strength and reliability. TTV lightweight flywheels are machined from billet steel and feature an integral ring gear.
